Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please read refund section below for more details.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must first seek approval from us before returning the item. Please send us email at email@example.com for details. .
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed subject to the deduction of shipping charge that we paid sending the order out to you and an admin fee of $5., Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note money back guarantee is when we have sent wrong item or the item received by the customer is damaged. In this case, we will issue full refund to the customer, if that's what customer want, rather then exchange or replacement. If customer wants replacement, we will send the new replacement at our own expense. Hence customer are advised to check the product for any defects as soon as it arrives and contact us within 30 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the delivery date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gardspo warranty is for all manufacturing defects only and doesn't cover damaged caused by wear and tear or by not following product user instructions. For warranty claim, customer should notify us within the warranty period. You will either be asked to send us a picture or return the item for inspection as the case may be. If the claim is approved, we will send you new like for like item. After 30 days has passed, customer will be responsible to send the item at their expense to inspection location as advised. If claim is approved , gardspo will send new hose to customer at our own expense.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Where you were charged for shipping, the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you were offered free shipping with your order than the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
