Shipping Policy

Our free and standard shipping for products include 5 - 6 business days for processing and additional 14 - 18 business days transit time for delivery to customer address which may increase or decrease depending on the courier’s traffic in peak and off peak times and any other uncontrollable factors.

Customer accepts that order cant be cancelled once the order has shipped or is in the process of getting shipped.

If customer has given wrong address on the order and the item is returned back to us, customer can request a new item to be sent by paying the shipping fee. However if customer wants a refund, then refund will be issued as per refund policy and gardspo has the right to deduct relevant cost incurred in shipping the item to the address provided by customer on the order. If due to customer providing wrong address on the order, the item is not returned to us or get lost in transit, the order will be considered delivered and gardspo has the right to refuse part or all refund.

In case delivery is delayed per above time scales, then customer should accept the delivery and contact us either for compensation for late delivery or to return the item back to us. It is solely Gardspo prerogative to decide what the compensation will be and customer agrees to accept this. If customer decides to return the item , then they should contact Gardspo for return authorisation and return address. In such case gardspo will pay not pay for return shipping cost, however Gardspo will not deduct shipping cost that it incurred in sending the item and customer will be issued full refund. However if the customer refuses to accept the late delivery from the courier then Gardspo will not to be liable to refund the customer as in such case the order will be deemed as return not received.
